Aura is an emerging city being developed by Stockland on the Sunshine Coast.

The community is being built over 2,300 hectares with over a third of the site dedicated to open space and conservation.
The city of Aura is based on four pillars; distinctive, happy and healthy, talented and green and these are the basis for everything being built including state of the art schools, community facilities, parks, conservation lands and business areas.
Over 200 kilometers of dedicated bike and pedestrian paths are being built to connect all aspects of the community promoting safe and active living for residents.
Aura has 4 suburbs inspired by traditional Kabi Kabi language - Baringa, Nirimba, Banya and our newest suburb Galgalba
The city centre of Aura is expected to have a major shopping centre, a train station to connect to Brisbane, major sporting grounds, and a 11ha parkland inspired by Brisbane’s Southbank.
